As part of the enrichment of its offer of electronic services for citizens and support for the constant evolution of mobile technologies, the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Logistics has made the decision to develop a mobile application for consultation of traffic offenses
Through the offer of this application, the Ministry aims to provide road users with a simple and reliable tool for consulting their offenses, point balances and any other information relating to traffic offenses in accordance with the Code. Moroccan road
Objectives (or Four main objectives / Why "Offenses Morocco"):
The implementation of the application mainly meets the following objectives:
 To provide road users with a simple and effective means of consulting their offenses
 Allow citizens to consult at any time the balance of the points of their driving license
 To sensitize the Moroccan citizens of all the administrative procedures and information related to the Moroccan code of the road
 Provide a direct means of communication with the administration on road use issues
Target audience (or benefit from the application?):
The mobile application of consultation of the offenses of the road targets the whole of the Moroccan citizens having a driving license and which really exerts a driving activity on the public way that it is in a personal or professional capacity.
Main features:
The application offers a range of features that meet the expectations of road users. These features include:
 The consultation of the offenses of the road and the balance of points:
The application offers users the opportunity to view a set of information relating to their traffic offenses, paid or unpaid. this is the date, the time and place of the offense. As well as the type of offense, the reporting entity, the amount to be paid and the number of points to be withdrawn.
 Publication of the informational sections below:
o ATF and point permit: This section presents a detailed manual on the offenses and will allow the consultation of the regulation concerning the amounts of the fines and the withdrawal of the points for any type of offenses and offenses
o Where and how to pay for your offenses? : This is to inform the users on the possible approach to pay their fines,
o How to challenge? : By this section, the Ministry anticipates the framing of the complaints and the declaration of the users
o What risk? : The Ministry will inform by this heading the risks incurred if the user abstains from paying the fines.
o How to recover points? This section allows users to consult the terms of recovery of their points
 The contact of the administration:
The application "Offense Morocco" offers users a contact service of the administration via an email. The user of the road can use this service to communicate to the administration the problems, complaints and proposals concerning the use of the road

In addition to the features listed above, the system provides road users with other innovative services. These are mainly:
o Notification of traffic violations to users in real time
o The location of the crime scene on the map;
o Viewing the photo of the offense in the case of fixed radar;
o The sending of the report of the offense by e-mail;
o Downloading the report of the offense on the mobile;
o Payment of the offense online via a direct link;
o Downloading a number of administrative forms;
o Secure subscription by receiving SMS password.
